Listen to Mechanical Keyboard Sounds with Every Keystroke - It's Fast
KeyEcho is a tiny open-source desktop app that plays pleasant keyboard sounds while you type. It is built with Tauri, Rust, and Solid, and is designed to stay local, fast, and easy to audit.
KeyEcho itself stays free and open source. Optional Crafted Packs are one-time purchases. They are not a subscription, and they are not required to use the app.
Crafted Packs are $3.99 each. All Sounds Forever is $9.99 once and includes every current and future official Crafted Pack. Browse and try them at keyecho.app/packs (opens in a new tab). Free packs download into the app; paid packs unlock with a license key.
Want to create your own? See the [custom sounds guide](docs/guides/custom-sounds.md) for recording, processing, and adding your own sound packs to KeyEcho.
