Who to ask
AppsXi sells and delivers the apps. The developer who made an app knows how it works. Here is who handles what.
AppsXi helps with
Purchases and payments
A charge you do not recognize, a failed payment, or a receipt.
Downloads
A download that will not start, or an app missing from your library.
Refunds
Asking for your money back on an app you bought here.
License keys and devices
Finding your key, or moving an app to a new computer.
The developer helps with
How the app works
Settings, features, and how to do something in the app.
Bugs and crashes
Something in the app does not work the way it should.
Feature requests
Ideas for what the app should do next.
Your library
Everything you bought or are trying is in your library: downloads for each computer, license keys, the computers each app is active on, and your receipts.
Refunds
Within 14 days of buying, and while the app is active on no more than one computer, choose Request refund under the app in your library. The refund is automatic. After that, contact the developer: they can refund any order. A refund removes the license.
Contact a developer
On an app's page or in your library, choose Contact the developer. You can ask before you buy, too. Replies show up in your support conversations. Developers are asked to reply within 3 business days, and each developer's page shows how quickly they usually do.
Open source apps are made by volunteers. Ask the maintainers on the project's GitHub page; AppsXi does not provide support for those apps.
Something wrong or unsafe
If an app looks harmful, misleading, or copied, or a payment, download or key problem is not solved, report it to AppsXi. Reports about malware go to the front of the queue.
