A cross-platform EPUB reading app with accessibility support for screen reader users
Thorium Reader is an easy to use EPUB reading application for Windows, macOS and Linux. After importing e-books from a directory or an OPDS feed, you can read on any screen size, customize layout settings, navigate by table of contents or page list, and set bookmarks.
Great care is taken to make the application accessible to visually impaired readers who use NVDA, JAWS or Narrator. The project says there are no ads and no private data flowing anywhere, and the app is based on the open-source Readium Desktop toolkit. The interface is localized in many languages.
