About PDFsam Basic
PDFsam Basic is a free and open source, multi-platform desktop application for working with PDF files. It lets you extract pages and split, merge, mix and rotate PDF documents.
It helps anyone who needs to reorganize PDFs without a full PDF suite. Since version 4 it is released as a self-contained application that bundles its own JDK, so no separate Java install is needed.
