Easy Move+Resize

Easy Move+Resize adds a modifier key plus mouse drag way to move and resize windows on macOS. It is based on behavior found in many X11 and Linux window managers.

Hold the modifier keys, click anywhere inside a window and drag to move it, or use the right mouse button to resize it. The resize direction depends on which region of the window you click, so there is no need to aim for a border.

Highlights

• Move a window by dragging anywhere inside it with the modifier keys held
• Resize from the corner or edge nearest to where you click
• Choose which modifier keys activate dragging and resizing, from the menu
• Option to use the middle mouse button for resizing
• Bring Window to Front option, and the ability to disable it for specific apps
