Menu bar app that copies text from anywhere on your screen to the clipboard using OCR
TRex captures text from your screen straight into the clipboard using OCR. If you have a PDF or web page where the text cannot be selected, an image with text in it, or even a video, you can extract the text as easily as taking a screenshot.
It lives in the menu bar. Invoke Capture from there or with a global shortcut, select an area of the screen, and the extracted text is in your clipboard. Every feature works offline, so no internet connection is needed.
