Hardware-accelerated GPU terminal emulator designed to run on desktops and in browsers
Rio is a modern terminal built to run everywhere. It is a hardware-accelerated GPU terminal emulator written in Rust, designed to run on desktops and in browsers.
It is for developers and command line users who want a GPU-accelerated terminal. The project's demos show splits with a CRT effect on macOS, a blurred background on Linux, and Rio running on a Steam Deck.
