Native Mac screen recorder that lives in the menu bar and records with ProRes, HEVC or H.264
BetterCapture is a screen recorder for macOS with a native look and feel. It is built with SwiftUI and ScreenCaptureKit and lives in the menu bar, so it stays out of the way until you need it.
It is made for people who want a straightforward way to capture their screen with professional encoding choices, system audio and microphone together, and recordings that stay on their own Mac.
